This class is currently on hold due to Covid-19 pandemic. When class resumes I will no longer be teaching it but will continue and will be lead by Ali Gardener and Tina Ghantous.

Class is at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center in the Cedar Lodge basement (where the old weight room used to be - park in farthest parking lot on right near the garages). Cost: $5.00 (members), $10.00 (non-members), staff/guests FREE, buy a 12 class card for $50, more info HERE
